SALES EXECUTIVE
(Penang)

Responsibilities:

  • The position is responsible for selling of company’s goods and services to patrons of retail outlets, i.e. shop/ store/ kiosk.
  • And also to provide best-in-class service to cater for the need of the patrons.

Job Description:

  • Engage the customer and presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face
  • Gain clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements before recommending the best solution
  • Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
  • Provide technical assistance, handle objections & complaints and demonstrate products and services;
  • Manage and maintain the outlet inventory and the display
  • Achieve sales target
  • Complete all documentation required by company

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM
  • Minimum 1 year IT sales experience
  • Preferably with working experience on Imaging and IT consumables
  • Hospitality background an advantage
  • IT savvy and likes electronic equipment and gadgets
  • Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, must be persuasive and convincing
  • Excellent teamwork skills

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
(Selangor – Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

  • Make recommendations to improve and/or enhance existing procedures and practices.
  • Handle taxation matters.
  • Responsible for timely monthly ledger closing.
  • Responsible for organizing each team member to reconcile balance sheet accounts to its subsidiary ledger (offices in Asia Pacific) and checking each analysis result and assist on annual budget.
  • Analyze and adapt changes in financial guidelines (i.e. IFRS) into processes.
  • Responsible for accuracy of figures to ensure report quality.
  • Responsible for organizing, monitoring and leading the audit compliance work to ensure group and local statutory compliance.
  • To support to prepare and present financial reports for management’s decision making.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to details and strong integrity.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to interact with all level.
  • Good team player with ability to work under pressure.
  • Professional accountancy qualification or degree in accounting or finance-related disciplines.
  • MIA membership or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a general ledger accountant, include at least 2 years accounting management experiences, which has experience in planning, organizing and monitoring team working.
  • Able decision maker in designing and making changes to processes.
  • Experience in handling Group Reporting (offices in Asia Pacific) with the initiatives to develop reporting structure, policies and processes would be an added advantage.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

CORPORATE AFFAIRS EXECUTIVE
(Selangor – Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and manage matters related to the Directors, Shareholders and other Investor Relations/ Public Relations assignments
  • Responsible for all internal and external communications, including Annual Reports, press releases and corporate presentations
  • Liaising with Company Secretary especially on Corporate Governance, Statutory and Listing Requirements and compliance matters
  • Liaising with the group’s solicitors and manage legal and litigation matters for the Company
  • Support overall administrative and general affairs of the company

Requirements:

  • Min diploma in Business Administration
  • Preferably with working experience
  • Pleasant, proactive, willing to learn and posses good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Possess a strong commitment to ensuring corporate compliance
  • Must be willing to juggle diverse tasks with tight deadlines, work independently and under pressure
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage but not essential

LOGISTICS MANAGER
(Selangor – Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of Logistics staff
  • Responsible for all logistics operation and stock control
  • Manage stock movement and ensure inventory is properly maintained and kept at optimal level
  • Drive the planning process with the sales and production departments to ensure timely deliveries
  • Coordinate with internal partners, suppliers, customers and shipping forwarders
  • Prepare analysis on stock turnover, idle stocks, storage cost, transportation cost etc.
  • Responsible for customers’ shipment and logistics matters to ensure orders are delivered on time. Resourceful, independent and result oriented.
  • Maintain high service performance
  • Manage and control for proper inventory value
  • Drive for effective logistics cost through any related logistics activity
  • Improve for all logistics process

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration/Logistics/Transportation Management
  • At least 5 to 6 years of working experience in Warehouse, Logistics & Shipping, and sales co-ordination function
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and positive attitude to achieve customer’s satisfaction.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens OR hold relevant residence status
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Good team player, service-minded and negotiation skills

PRODUCT MANAGER
(Selangor – Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for promotion and sales of the company’s suite of products in Malaysia
  • To propose and recommend marketing objectives, plans and strategies for the product portfolio aimed at meeting profit and growth objectives.
  • Liaise with and develop relationship with principals, strategic accounts
  • To plan and implement above–the–line and below-the-line Marketing activities.
  • To analysis company previous months sales and to submit report to the management in monthly basis.
  • To achieve yearly product sales target.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or its equivalent
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the related field
  • Strong command of Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or its equivalent
  • A good sales track record of computer networks and internet security will be an advantage
  • Experience in fast moving consumer goods is advantage

INDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE
(Kuala Lumpur & Selangor) 

Responsibilities:

  • To make outbound sales calls / receive inbound calls to promote company’s products
  • Effectively communicate company’s products, services and promotions to customers.
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota
  • Responsible to find creative ways to source for new customers
  • To constantly update the manager on customers’ issues & provide feedback on suggested improvement.
